 We were a little uneasy about working with someone in VA when we were in TN to start. However, Mike called and emailed on a regular basis. He listened to our needs and only sent houses within our range. He had our days well planned and organized. He was patient and showed us many houses. He never tried to sell us on anything, but let us make up our own mind. He was very honest and sent us all of the information we requested. He was very helpful with the closing as well. He knew the process and what documents were needed. He helped call the county and lawyer for information. Ultimately, he was instrumental in assuring that our experience was a very good one. He has called various times after our closing to make sure all was still going well!
I would recommend him to anyone wanting these characteristics in their real estate agent. If you want bossy, pushy, or uptight...he is not your guy!::)
